Our Mission is to help increase the profitability and productivity of our Independent Business Owners (IBOs) while reducing their costs of doing business.

Guiding Principles

Embrace Free Enterprise
We believe in the free enterprise system, which is based on people being compensated in direct proportion to their service to others. As people join our community, whether they become a Diamond IBO or not, we will add value to their lives economically and socially.

Grant Permission-based Leadership
The goal of the leader is to earn the faith and trust of their organization. Leadership is something that’s earned, not something that exists by position. If at any point the permission is retracted the leadership is revoked.

Distinguish between Loyalty and Integrity
Loyalty is principle based, not based on individuals. Loyalty should not be so blind as to compromise integrity. We will hold ourselves to the highest level of integrity. We’re going to do the right things first and continue to be loyal to the right things.

Believe Everyone Can Succeed
Success is not defined exclusively within our business – it is a process. Success is defined by your want or need, and your willingness to change to achieve them. We respect everyone’s individual definition of success, even if it’s outside our definition.

Serve People
As leaders, it is our responsibility to serve our team, not to have our team serve us. Our rewards will be based on how many people we can help achieve their goals and dreams. How much we achieve will be measured by how many we serve.

We live in a diverse society and we will work together and respect one another to create one team. We will create a business for all people and in doing so, respect their rights and beliefs.

We, as an organization, promote the important balance of faith, family, community and business. Success has many definitions and is not only defined financially. We believe that success is also rooted in the impact we have on all of humanity.
